About Me
I'm Nick — a dad, a business owner, and someone who's always building something.
I run two managed IT companies, one based out of Boston and one in Southwest Florida. We help small businesses and healthcare organizations stay secure, compliant, and actually productive with their technology.
What I'm Into
Building businesses that run without me. That's the real project. Not just growing revenue, but building something with real systems, real people, and real value — something that doesn't fall apart the second I step away. I'm not there yet, but that's the direction.
AI and technology. I think the companies that figure out how to use AI well in the next few years are going to have an unfair advantage over everyone else. I'm obsessed with finding those edges — for my clients and for my own operations.
Being a new dad. This one changed everything. My priorities, my patience, my sense of urgency about building the life I actually want. I'm figuring it out in real time like everyone else.
Travel. Give me a city I've never been to and a few days to explore it. That's my reset button.
What I Believe
Delegation is the hardest skill in business, and I'm still learning it. Most of the constraints I face are ones I created by not letting go sooner.
The best marketing in the world can't fix a broken service, but great service without marketing has a ceiling. I've been bumping into that ceiling for a while.
Why This Site Exists
I started this to think out loud. About running a business, about the messy parts of entrepreneurship that nobody posts about on LinkedIn, about trying to be present as a new parent while building something meaningful.
If you're running a small business, figuring out how to grow without losing your mind, or just trying to do the work and live the life at the same time — you're in the right place.
